'Deep Imagery' for six weeks

It is a living dimension of our very selves, and in its livingness it is in the moment, so that in order for us to tap that ancient deep inner wisdom we must engage it directly in its aliveness, we must be willing to be present with it on its terms, we must be willing to let it teach us its language rather than demanding that it speak in our own."

Carmel will facilitate six evenings for you to explore your inner wisdom through Deep Imagery. When Carmel was trained in this process it was called 'The Totem Pole Process' where a person could meet with images..... Primarily...... animal images which resulted in profound self healing.
Carmel will be guiding you through this process at this workshop.

A Day of Healing Self Empowerment

In Walmer College & Holistic Centre, Raheny, Dublin 5
During this one day workshop we will explore how we can convert our emotional trapped pain to healthy self esteem.
You are already intuitively aware of what needs to change in your life, however even with the best intentions and loving kindness; we sometimes need to take time to reflect on the best way forward.
For self healing to occur it is necessary to first accept all of ourselves compassionately, and from that place within an understanding begins to emerge. To do this we can engage in dialog with the deep healing that is within us all. There are many doorways to this self healing. During this workshop we aim to discover what is our inner voice telling us, and what skills and techniques will work for us on an individual basis.
This will be a 'gentle' day.

During this day we will take time to reflect on what is going on in our lives; we will explore how we can heal ourselves by making small changes in how we think.
The answers we seek are always inside us, it is our intuition, we know things..... It's about trusting what is the right action for our healing and our life path.
Sometimes we spend so long doing the same things we forget that there may be other options. We have choices and support that is available to us, if we pause and trust we discover that the Universe can help us.
Fee for the one day workshop; €50 which includes lunch.
